Our Happiness Guarantee: We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return: Email hello@dykw.in with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. For COD orders, we'll request your bank details for NEFT transfer.

Return Shipping: For first-time buyers, we don't require you to return the product — your word is enough. For repeat buyers requesting a refund, we may arrange a free pickup.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost.

Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date via your account. Already billed orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned under this policy.
