Products and Pricing: All products listed on www.dykw.in are subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, ingredients, and nutritional information are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Product formulations, packaging, and ingredient sourcing may be updated periodically in line with quality improvements or regulatory requirements. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. EXCELLEARN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products, or introduce new product lines at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website — whether due to a typographical mistake, technical glitch, or data feed error — we reserve the right to cancel the affected order(s) and issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. We will notify you promptly in such cases. We are under no obligation to fulfil orders placed at an incorrectly listed price.
Order Placement and Confirmation: An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. Your order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or partially fulfil any order. An order may be cancelled by us in cases including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify payment, pricing errors, or failure of the delivery address to fall within our serviceable areas. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Payment: We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. EXCELLEARN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED does not store your payment card information on its servers. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. In the event of a payment failure or chargeback, your order may be cancelled. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery; failure to make payment at delivery may result in blacklisting of the delivery address from future COD orders.
GST and Taxes: The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice will be issued for every order. It is your responsibility to comply with any additional taxes or levies applicable in your jurisdiction.

Subscription Plans: DYKW may offer subscription-based purchase options that deliver products on a recurring basis at a discounted price. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise EXCELLEARN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED to charge your payment method automatically on the agreed billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@dykw.in. Cancellations made after a billing date has passed will apply from the following cycle; already-dispatched subscription orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 14 days' advance notice to subscribers.
Promotions, Discount Codes, and Offers: Promotional offers, discount codes, and referral rewards are subject to their specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter, or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Misuse or fraudulent use of promotional codes will result in order cancellation and may result in account termination.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, in the English language, at Bangalore, Karnataka. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
