Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Timeline: Metro cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–4 business days. Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days.

Shipping Partners: We ship via BlueDart and DTDC for reliable tracking. A tracking number is sent via SMS and email once your order ships.

Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. Orders below ₹1,499 attract a flat ₹49 shipping fee.

Cash on Delivery: Available in select PIN codes with a ₹30 convenience fee.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within India. International shipping is planned for late 2025.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll always keep you informed.
